The Province of the is located at North - West of the Democratic Republic of Congo. It lies between 4 21' Latitude N and 3 40' of Latitude S, 16 45' of Longitude E and 18 50' of Longitude Map Of Sud Ubangi W It covers a surface of 52 896 km2.

The Province of the is limited:

1. In North by the Central African Republic (long border of almost 1.000Km).

2.In North - Is by the solid mass of BOSOBOLO, a prolongation of the Ubangi’s plate.

3.In the South by drills marshy and the line separating the basins from water of Ngiri and Mongala (Akula road).
